Qualifications:

Yan has completed Bachelor of Psychological Sciences (Honours).

Experience:

Yan has three years of experience working in the NDIS sector, providing a wide range of psychological services to children and adults with diverse needs. Services are delivered both via telehealth and in person, across home, school, and community settings.

She works collaboratively with families to understand their needs and support clients in achieving their personal goals. Yan also collaborates closely with schools and other allied health professionals, working within both multi-disciplinary and transdisciplinary frameworks to provide holistic, person-centred care.

In addition, Yan has experience supporting adult clients presenting with depression, anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Yan is committed to providing culturally sensitive and evidence-based care, with a strong focus on empowering clients from diverse backgrounds, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.”
