Speech Pathology

Speech Pathology

Speech pathology is the study, diagnose and treatment of communication disorders, including difficulties with speaking, listening, understanding language, reading, writing, social skills, stuttering and using voice. Our speech pathologists work with children and adolescents who have difficulty communicating due to developmental delays, stroke, brain injuries, learning disability, intellectual disability, cerebral palsy, dementia and hearing loss, as well as other problems that can affect speech and language.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy focuses on promoting health and wellbeing by enabling one to participate in everyday tasks of life, such as self-care activities including dressing, showering and preparing food. Occupational therapists help with barriers that affect a child’s emotional, social and physical needs by using activities, exercises and other therapies.

Art therapy is a form of treatment that uses the progressive machine of making artwork to decorate a person’s physical, intellectual, and emotional well-being. It combines traditional intensity mental techniques with innovative techniques to help humans particularly themselves, in coming across their feelings and treatment of intellectual conflicts.
