Qualifications:

Adrian holds a Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching from ACAP University College, which provides practical, supervised coaching training aligned with the 2025 ICF Core Competencies. In addition, he has completed a Certificate IV in Mental Health from Melbourne Polytechnic and a Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work from RMIT University.

Experience:

He has two years of experience delivering NDIS psychosocial disability support, providing person-centred assistance to individuals with mental health challenges. His practice is strengthened through ongoing coaching supervision and reflective practice, ensuring continuous professional development and high-quality support.

Adrian also brings diverse experience across coaching, mental health peer work, and structured community integration, helping individuals build confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in their communities.
