What is Allied Health Assistance?

Allied Health Assisting involves supporting Allied Health Professionals, such as Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, and Social Workers, in delivering high quality, outcome focused care to participants. Allied Health Assistants (AHAs) work under supervision, helping with therapy sessions, preparing materials, maintaining equipment and ensuring the comfort and safety of participants throughout their care.
