Cecilia is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a Bachelor of Biomedicine (Immunology) and Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Melbourne.
She has completed additional training in Autism Assessment & Co-Morbidities (Mindful Centre), Teaching Strategies and Behaviour Support for Autism (Sue Larkey), Sounds-Write Literacy Program, Zones of Regulation, More Than Words (Hanen – Autism), It Takes Two to Talk (Hanen – Early Language Delay) and Learning Language and Loving It (Hanen – Early Childhood Educator Education)
Cecilia has experience working across multiple settings, including hospitals, private practice, early childhood centres and primary schools.
She has worked with clients ranging between 3-20 years of age for various speech, literacy, language, fluency and social difficulties. Cecilia has experience providing individual sessions or group therapy in-person or via TeleHealth.
Cecilia’s areas of expertise include speech sound disorders, language delays, literacy difficulties, stuttering, and social communication challenges, including those related to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Cecilia is committed to providing a holistic and family-centred approach through clinic-based therapy, online therapy or education setting visits.
