Rohini holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (Honours).
She has 5 years of professional experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, working across a variety of settings including community, residential, and clinical environments. During this time, she has developed and implemented Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) for individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern, ensuring all strategies are evidence-based, person-centred, and compliant with NDIS and legislative standards.
Rohini has worked collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support networks to deliver holistic and sustainable interventions that promote independence, skill development, and improved quality of life.
Rohini practice integrates Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA), Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans, trauma-informed care, skills development, and family and carer training. She collaborates closely with families, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure sustainable and meaningful outcomes.
