Maddy is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with a Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Melbourne. She has completed specialized training in Hanen – More Than Words, PECS, LAMP, the Lidcombe Program, Bjorem Speech: Childhood Apraxia of Speech – Assessment, Diagnosis & Treatment, and Oral Placement Therapy (OPT).
Maddy has extensive experience assessing and supporting children with speech sound difficulties, stuttering, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has worked in private clinics and community settings, including clients’ homes and schools. Additionally, Maddy has experience working with adults with neurological conditions, such as Parkinson’s disease, and is a certified LSVT-LOUD (Lee Silverman Voice Treatment) clinician.
Maddy specializes in early intervention, stuttering, and speech and oral motor therapy.
Passionate about providing client-centered care, Maddy is committed to supporting individuals in reaching their full communicative potential. She believes therapy should be engaging and enjoyable, empowering children to develop their skills with confidence. Maddy also strives to provide culturally responsive care, ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds and their families receive holistic and personalized support.
