Speech Pathologist

Qualifications:

Claire completed her Bachelor of Behaviour Science from the University of Tasmania, Master of Speech Pathology from Flinders University (South Australia)

Experience:

Claire has experience in assessment and intervention with toddlers, preschool-aged and primary school-aged children and working with children with a variety of support needs, such as those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Global Developmental Delay (GDD) and Intellectual Disability (ID).

She specialises in Literacy, Speech Sounds, Early Language, Fluency (Stuttering)

Treatment Modalities:

Claire is able to deliver personalised and tailored evidence-based speech pathology intervention services in a variety of areas (such as speech, language, literacy and fluency) within pediatric populations. Claire has training in the following intervention programs, which she also utilises to guide and support the families through therapy: Hanen – More Than Words, Sounds-Write, the Lidcombe Program, Key Word Sign, We Thinkers Social Skills Program
